TIMES & LOCATIONS

 

Your First Visit

When you arrive, look for our Kids’ Welcome Center! You'll be greeted by our staff and volunteers who will assist with registration, or you may pre-register below before your visit. We'll gather some basic information about your child and family, enter it into the check-in database, and print name-tags and security tags for your family. Our team will lead you to your child’s room and help in any way possible to ensure you and your child have a wonderful experience.

Special Environments

 

Nursing Mother's Room

A mother's nursing room is available for moms with babies. This is a "moms only" room for women with newborn babies in a more private and quiet environment.

 

FAMILY ROOM

A family room is available during worship services for families with young children.  Worship services are streamed live to allow parents to enjoy the service while comforting their young children. *Not Available on all campuses.

 

Special Needs Ministry

Biltmore Kids’ is excited about our Jars of Clay Ministry for families with special needs children. Many of our children are mainstreamed in the Connect Group and worship settings. A smaller, separate setting is available for PreSchoolers (ages birth - 4) in and for Kids age 5 through Grade 4. *Not Available on all campuses.

SAFETY AND CHECK-IN

Check-In kiosks are located in our Kids’ areas. Parents will receive two tags per child: your child will wear a nametag, and parents will keep the corresponding security tag for pick-up. When you're ready to pick-up your child, present your matching security tag to your child’s leader.
 
If we need to reach you during the service, we'll send a text message to your cell phone OR your child’s security code will appear on the screens in the Worship Center. Please return to to the kids’ area and our staff will assist you and your child.
